When you select a solution content item, the first thing that may catch the eye is the Main Settings area. This contains the main settings of the object, usually at least three common elements:
Name can usually be translated. Click the [...] button to bring up the translation dialog. Click [Add Text], select language and enter translated text.
Comments is of a rich text format. You can click the icon in upper left corner of the comment edit box to bring up editing in an dialog for more space. Text can be formatted and include images. This is useful in documentation etc.
