Fact Source Tables are primarily used as source tables for Modules.
These types of tables are characterised by a Transdate or Transaction Date column used for linking to a Time Dimension in a Module. Measures and DimensionID's are the other two types of columns that a fact table typically are comprised of. Description type of columns are more rare, but can be used for drill through functionality.
